Acne Pores Skin

This is how annoying pimples develop

Especially teenagers are plagued by pimples – after all, the hormonal change favours the development of skin impurities. But even after puberty, most people are not spared the ugly inflammations: Suddenly it squeezes and hurts the face and when looking in the mirror, the red monster immediately catches the eye.

In addition to skin diseases such as acne, many other factors can be responsible for pimples: excessive sebum production, for example, leads to blackheads that can be inflamed by bacteria or other pathogens. Hormone fluctuations during the female cycle or pregnancy can also lead to impure skin.

The skin also deteriorates as a result of an unhealthy lifestyle, for example through the consumption of nicotine, alcohol and sweets.

With these home remedies you get rid of pimples the fastest

Fortunately, stubborn pimples can be combated with home remedies – it doesn’t always have to be the expensive cosmetic product from the drugstore market. With the following tricks, you can get rid of your skin impurities in no time.

Tea tree oil

A popular remedy for pimples is the oil of the Australian tea tree: it has an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and supportive effect in wound healing. To make your pimple disappear, use a cotton swab to gently treat it with some tea tree oil. You repeat this process several times a day. Be careful not to apply too much at once, because the oil on the skin can burn a little. You can buy tea tree oil at the drugstore.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is a real all-round talent: the home remedy not only has a positive effect on your diet, but also helps you with skin impurities. It has a detoxifying and antibacterial effect. It also balances the natural pH of your skin. To treat pimples, simply dilute a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with a quarter of a litre of water. Using a cotton pad, you apply the liquid to the affected areas. The acidic smell evaporates after a short time.

Aloe Vera

The ancient Egyptians were already relying on the power of the aloe vera plant. Even today, the juice of the plant is regarded as a proven home remedy for skin problems. For use, cut a leaf of the plant and catch the leaking liquid with a cotton pad. Directly applied to the skin, the juice acts effectively against redness and inflammation. You can get an aloe vera plant in the plant trade or in the garden centre of the DIY store.

Chamomile steam bath

The inhalation of chamomile steam is considered a classic for colds. But the flower is also a real treat for your skin: through a steam bath with chamomile, the skin pores open and can be freed from dirt. In addition, the antiseptic effect of the chamomile ensures that annoying pimples heal faster. For the procedure, fill a pot of boiling water and a handful of chamomile flowers and allow the mixture to cool slightly to avoid burns. After a few minutes, you bend your face over the steam and use a towel to ensure that the heat does not escape.

Sea salt peeling

Peelings prove to be optimal support for impure skin. Instead of resorting to expensive products, you can easily make your own natural peeling with sea salt. To do this, mix the salt with a little olive oil and water into a paste. With the mixture, you then massage your face in small circular movements. In order not to irritate your skin unnecessarily, however, you should do without this method if you already have inflamed pimples.

Black tea

Black tea also has an antibacterial effect. It also contains many tannins. These help you to make your pimples disappear, because they dry out the annoying things reliably. For the application, you let an infusion of the teas pass through well at first. Then you pat the brew with a cotton swab on the affected areas. The herbal drink also relieves the itching of impure skin.

Zinc ointment has also proven itself as a cost-effective home remedy for pimples. On the one hand, the ointment supports wound healing. In addition, the trace element normalizes sebum production and thus prevents the recurrence of clogged pores. Zinc ointment even helps when it is supposedly too late: it smooths acne scars.

For an acute pimple problem, the handle to the lemon is worthwhile. The juice of the yellow citrus fruit has an antibacterial effect. In this way, it stops the growth of the monster quickly and effectively. For the treatment, you pat freshly squeezed lemon juice on the affected skin area.
