Eat fast and get easy hungry.

You will feel this way. Once you eat fast, you will soon be hungry.

This is because the brain’s feeding center is full of information that takes time, small amounts of small molecules that are digested in the mouth and stomach, and is crucial for the control of appetite. Moreover, the number of meals eaten too fast is not controlled by the brain, which can only be perceived by the mechanical receptors of the stomach.

Fat is generally good appetite, eat fast, in most cases, the food is not fully chew, not form enough chyme stick attached to the lining of the stomach, so it has eaten more food, but there are still hungry. Studies have shown that people who eat the same amount of food, chew less, eat faster, are more likely to be hungry. So, it’s best to eat slowly, and that’s one of the strategies for controlling appetite.

And, on the other hand, chewing time is too short, the vagus nerve is still overexcited, and the appetite is relatively hyperactive. The result is that people who eat fast have eaten too much when the brain’s satiety center sends a stop signal.

  1. I’ve always been a slow eater. Sometimes my family/friends would get up and leave and I would still be eating.

    1. Hahaha, I belong to the fast food, the consequence is to eat four to five times a day, sometimes at night to get up to eat secretly.
